The current owner bought it from that guy, PO was located in Norfolk not Fremont.

Yes that is the car. Yes it could use some clean-up and a few pretty hose covers to make it look nicer. It was not put togeather very well at all. In fact is was a dangerous vehicle in the condition I bought it. Missing bolts, twisted wire connections, really just a mess. The car now runs very strong. It is now on E85. There were so many issues I can't even list them all. I kind of like a challenge but this one was a lot of work. There is still more to this car than even I know. I believe the engine is built up but I don't have specifics. If I haven't blown it up yet it must be fairly robust.
