I'll have to pass... too close to my bday and I dont think they'd appreciate my car there. ;)

hey you have evo wheels and a damn clean 1g panda, they will accept you!!!

Also, you'll be able to take pics of hot models so thats a plus!


I might try to go depending on what i have planned or what comes up that day.

With the Norcalevo/Evoempire split, I'm betting the turnout at this event will be much smaller than last years capitol meet.

Bring out those GVR4's though and maybe I'll stop by! I need some motivation to get working on mine. ;)
 
well depending on what comes up for me that weekend.... i might go or might not go....

I didnt know about the split. last year was BIG, and they were raffling off an Evo X but not enough participants LOL. I'll bring my Vr4. maybe Tre3zy will too, I will ask the other Galant owners I know as well. Were you there last year? did you see me? I was the only galant vr4 there ahaha. and you have a vr4 as well?
 
I want to roll, but i know not alot of folks like the 4th gen eclipse :nono:. But im down.
 
I was at the dyno one day and an evo owner had a fit cause i had an 6 speed and he did not haha. :hellyeah:
 
most if not the only cool EVO owners are ex-DSMers. they are the ones who actually work on their own cars as well.

funny when you run across a few of them that dont even realize our cars have 4g63 turbo and AWD as well.

I was busy that day and didn't have time to stop by. I drove past like three or four times though (I live near there) and saw the huge crowd.

And yeah, I have a white 91 GVR4. I have no idea what number though, the badge was missing when I got it. :( Cosmetically it's kind of beat looking. It's not THAT bad, but I want to fix it up and repaint it before I start driving it. It's also got a nice leak from the oil pump, need to fix that and replace the front case... 3/4 synchro is messed up. Other than that, the motor is still in good shape. Not too much to fix. I recently scored some EVO VIII rear seats for it and am going to pick up some EVO VIII front seats and a steering wheel this weekend. :) It'll be a while before I get around to driving it.

that is so true LOL!!!! specially when you have a galant vr4.... they dont even know that it was the first "evo" LOL!!!!
