I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this machine shop. I've been shopping my rebuild around to a few shops in the east bay and they've quoted me the best price with a decent time frame. Thanks for any feedback.

Hey Jeff,

I'd go to Rob's Auto Machine if I were you. They are close to your work, right off of Tennyson and Hesperian if I remember right. Sean is usually the one that goes over there, but you can talk to Rob or Rob Jr, they will take good care of you.

Hey Jerry,

Does Rob's build all of FFTEC's engines? Do you guys ever do assembly in-house?

Hey Jerry,

It depends on the build, but for the most part, he does all our machining and SOME of the engine assembly. We assemble some of the engines in house because Sean wants to make sure certain things are done, and if we had Rob do them, it would cost ALOT more for the customers. Sean is all too familiar with the 4G63, so it saves us time to have Rob do the stuff that normal engine machinists and builders do.

Jeff, feel free to let me know if you need anything else done or need any other parts, I'll make sure you are taken care of!!!!
