I always go to 24hr fitness over on Camden/Hillsdale. I always see 3 2Gs there. The one I see the most is this silver 97-99 GSX. It has rims and a catback. I also have seen another silver 2G GS-T. And another 2G.. obviously I only notice the turbo models (no offense to anybody). All 3 are 97-99 body style.

I'm pretty sure I saw Module Unknown on the way to work last month, 101N around Mountain View.

Yea I have seen people make titles about specific cars, but no one single thread for just sightings in general, maybe merge that one thread here to cleant hings up a bit.

A few months ago I was on capitol automall going towards hillsdale. I saw 3 1G dsms cruising around together. All were modified some way, you could hear bovs, turbo spools, exhausts.

Hey, that's where I saw him, right in front of Moffett Field... *cues X-files music*

All I have to ask is... Who owns this?

Only in the Bay Area man, I'm telling you... a DSM with Cobalt (or something similar) tail lights ^^^^^

I'll never fully understand the obsession with converting your car to look like another. Sorry if someone here owns it. No offense intended. I just don't understand it. I saw way too much of that out in Cali. I guess it's the whole 'Hot Import Nights' craze out there.

Chris out of all the dsm owners there are I thought you would know that, in fact that car is a very rare eclipse GT-R they only make a handfull of them for the whole world:shhh: ROFL

oh yea.. in Milpitas.. there is a 2G that looks EXACTLY like the one from Fast and Furious.. the owner and car are from milpitas because thats where I always see it. I see it regularly because I work in the area. Some asian guy drives it.

Also in milpitas, another 2G.. a black one that is lowered, non turbo, it has a roof rack, lowered and a YELLOW hood?!? another asian guy, also only always seen in milpitas

There used to be a sweet ass green 2G in Berkeley driven by an Indian guy... it had "PUNJABI" in huge ass letters across one side of the car and "SPORTS" on the other. It was lime green... best car EVAR!

im gonna go drive around wherever all you guys are so that i will be sighted!

I saw some white 2g with clear altezzas on deanza near the 85 on ramp one day... .the center back light had "sports" or something like that and some chick was driving it.

I see a bunch of 2gs and 1gs but theyu usually have old doods driving them.

i never see and good DSM's i see tons of stock N/T ones but ive only come across a handful of turbo 2g's and no turbo 1g's let alone any modified ones.

i saw a silver 2g gst with a sticker in the rear window that said "club 2g" around the oakland area on the 880. but it was all stock even down to the stock muffler and rims.

where are all you people hiding?!

well say hello next time!

I regularly see a red 1G on southbound 101 near SF airport around 9:30- 9:45 in the morning. I have no idea who it is.

FYI My cars don't look modded unless you know what to look for. My Laser looks like a NT with a black 3" exhaust tip. My Talon has a stock looking chrome twin exhaust tip. You might see a fmic if you look closely. :shhh:

I would say hello but all the people driving the cars seem oblivious that im even there.

Oh yeah also some guy left a note on my car about my rims cuse he wanted to buy my hiros (i'd just taken the hiros off and put the racing hearts on so i didnt rub). He said he had a gs-t or but ive never seen his car.

Also theres a guy that i see around jamba juice with a 95 silver i think.

I see so many of our cars about and no one says whatsup..... i look over at them and they just are zoning out.

Haha yeah I notice that too. I'm hiding either at home or at work. Mostly only drive my car to and from there, 9-10 miles each way. I'm incognito! Shhhh

Yup, that's me! I have a long freeway commute, so I use it to take naps :) JK
I notice plenty of DSM's on the freeway, most of them are 2G NT.

I just saw a red 2g that looked like a stock N/T but when it went by the exhaust sounded like an aftermarket exhaust. but it was single tip, larger then stock and black. it also sounded like it could be turbo when it went by (didnt sound like a normal N/T exhaust) and it had the N/T spoiler on it. i saw it between clayton and walnut creek (i believe ygnacio valley road?), its a big hill on the road between the cities.

anyways i was wondering if anyone knows the car?

Alrighty well today was a superb day for dsms.... i saw tons of you ppl out today. Some dood in a Silver gs-t 97-99 with a cf hood (pins also) and a huge tach... also i saw a couple of red 95-96s out as well.

The silver was on 85 north taking the exit just before 17. The red ones i saw were when i was going to pick up my car going down central. I was in my dads red/black avenger (he was giving me a ride to pick it up).

I also saw two guys in black ones... both dirty as hell but modded.

[next time ill bring a camera so i can show you all the dsms i see] They are every where!!

how about just take your camera to the local dealerships and get me a pic of the black saleen that they have (or had) in the back garage at the aston martin/ferrari/lotus dealer on the corner near the 7-11 and the college. Its the first dealership on the same side of the 7-11 and the garage is those two green doors if you take a left RIGHT before the dealer, to get to the parking lot behind the dealership. The doors are on the right after you make that first left. If they are open, tell me if theres a black saleen s7 in one of them. There was one time while I was down there before I had my camera phone and now the doors are always closed when I go back there. I was star struck....

There's a few turbo DSMs and a few n/t DSMs around here. Its funny because all of the turbo'd ones are owned by high school kids with no rice and the n/ts are all 25 year-olds with windshield stickers.

but tim, I thought I was venting......

and your skittles sure does help you tune, doesn't it? (skittles being the nick name of his narrowband o2 sensor)

lets not bring andy into this....LOL

No man, theres that weird guy with the purple GS with type R stickers that parks down by Bianca's every day. And I wouldn't have put that on there had it been my money.
