I've never done a full kit, but I have run water through my Datsun 2000 for about 50K miles. It was getting to where, with its stock 10.5:1 compresion, you couldn't stop the engine on California gas without using the clutch to stall it. I put an aquarium valve, 2 nozzles, a bottle in the trunk and some line, and let it suck in a tiny dribble under pure vacuum. It gave it its manners back, I figure mostly from keeping the chambers clean.
My reluctance with the Aquamist is their hideous price, and that they're English. I was raised on English cars, and am now terribly bruised and afraid of anything that comes off that wad of moss and mud.
A close pal did a study of WI at Berkeley, using a standard Research Motor (variable compression, etc) and came away stunned. He was amazed what water would let you do to a running engine in terms of timing and compression.
There's a DSM Water Injection group on Yahoo, take a look around in there. I'm going with WI as soon as I get around to it.

check out the SMC kit they make em for the buick guys and syty guys

I have one on my GSX that was for the syclone jsut had to get a smaller jet for it.

I just recently bought and installed the kit from aquastealth.com and I think it is a great kit, especially when compared to other more expensive places. Great kit, and great customer service. :thumb:

I have a bastard of a kit, or a mutt if you will ;)

I have a Shure-Flo 100psi pump, an SMC solenoid and lines and Auquamist nozzle and check valve.

Works well.
