How big of a shot can you spray a 2g with the stock turbo before you have to worry about over spooling the turbo? I want to spray a 100 shot, but I don't want to destroy the turbo just yet. I only want to run about 14psi and spray a 100 shot on top of that. This is only for at the track I will jet it down to 50 on the street. Has anybody tried this?

I would highly suggest you not put nitrous on your T25. The T25 just simply doesn't have a large enough exhaust housing or exhaust wheel, and tus will cause extremely high EGT's, is likely to burn the turbo up, and could also cause burnt exhaust valves. A 14B would be just about the smallest turbo I would spray on, and even then, it won't last all that long. If you must spray on the T25, I would keep it around a 40 shot, and this is about the only time I would recommend a dry kit for a turbo car. The wet kit will hit too hard and cause too harsh of an exhaust pulse and aggrevate the above situation that much more. Do all your supporting mods (I suggest 3 inch turbo-back exhaust, FMIC, 1G BOV, fuel pump, 550cc injectors, an AFC, etc) and then upgrade to say a 16g and port the exhaust manifold. At that time, you'll be making more power than you ever would on the T25 nitrous or not. Beyond that power level, I suggest upgraded internals, but that is just my personal opinion.

Anything CAN happen, but that doesn't mean it will work that way for everyone. My car made exceptional power that most people (if not anyone) have made with my setup; point being there are always exceptions. The problem lies in the fact that the turbo may not be the first thing to go. Granted, a T25 fed a dose of nitrous on a somewhat steady basis is likely to blow eventually, but it may not blow before the exhaust valves get burnt, for example. In my opinion, it's just not worth the inherit risk. Yes it *can* work, and yes you'll likely make more power, but it isn't the best move; especially for someone with little experience tuning/working with nitrous/etc.
