Downpipe . Exhaust.

Hey tuners im in a pickle.. i bought a complete exhaust system Downpipe to muffler. No cat. With no gaskets or bolts. I have a Megan Downpipe AWD. And HKS high power exhaust AWD. My problem is im buying all new exhaust gaskets and bolts. And im not exactly sure how much gaskets I need. and ive been seeing downpipe gaskets and exhaust gaskets. Is there a difference? Ive been doing research and cant find out exactly how many i need. I believe its 3 total gaskets. one for downpipe and 2 for exhaust. 6 bolts. Before I purchase them I just wanna know for sure and any good sites you guys know of i could use would be great too.

If your downpipe bolts strait to your cat back with no test pipe or cat you should only need 2 gaskets. Unless I'm missing somethin. O2-downpipe and downpipe-catback

Yeah, pretty sure this is right. Gasket between turbo housing and downpipe, gasket between downpipe and exhaust.

You would need 2 gaskets since you have no cat, 1 between the o2 housing and downpipe, the other between the down pipe and exhaust tip. You can buy the gaskets on extremepsi.com and search under manufacturer called vibrant performance. Then the exhaust gasket either 2 bolt or 3 bolt depending on what you have (most likely 2 bolt) and choose the inner diameter that you need.

Isnt the exhaust a 2 piece setup? You would need one from the o2 housing to downpipe, one from downpipe to exhaust, then one going to the second part of the exhaust.

Please try again with a more descriptive thread title. A generic thread title like this does not help me when browsing new threads to see if I can offer help or when searching old threads for info to help myself or others.
