I have a question. Does a 1.8 oil pan fit in a 2.0 4g63? The reason is because my 2.0 oil pan is messed up and i got a 1.8 and the oil pan is clean. I also bought the gasket for the 2.0 pan but decided to post this first.

off of a 1.8 eclipse or hyundia? ive got a 1.8l hyundia motor in the basement and its just like our cars 6bolt crank and everything

Thanks. well like I said I bought the gasket for the 4g63 oil pan and compared the gasket with the 1.8 pan and its different. I got surprised because some people told me that the 1.8 and the 2.0 are the same block but just the valves changed, That's why I was so confident on swapping the 1.8 for the 4g63...
