how much oil pressure would it take to blow the turbo seals? I recently got rid of my balance shafts and used block off bearings, when i put the motor back in it was dumping oil into the intake pipes. it didnt smoke before but now its horendous, heres a pic

That's not leaking into the intake, that's on the manifold. If it were in the intake, it'd be smoking out the tailpipe.
actually its going completely through the engine...theres a lot of oil in my intercooler piping and i just had my intake hot tanked so it WAS clean LOL now its full of wet oil and it was just going through and burning....to give you guys an idea of how bad it was....i ran the car for a total of about 5 minutes and i burned about a quart and a half of oil....there isnt any exhaust hooked up so thats why its coming out of the engine bay....just seems odd since it didnt smoke before i got rid of my shafts....any ideas on this?

make sure there is't any oil leak in engine bay? that much oil posibly from valve seal, turbo center, oil pump was out so good is replace crank seal,,High oil press is good at the idle around 15-20psi,but whit ticker oil goes up and -cold outside make oil press up too.If the engine is in running temp 3500rpm-50psi or more what is good .If the engine is old 120 000mil up in summer time use 20-50 regular oil like Castrol or Valvoline

Be CAREFUL running this car as you could you spin an Oily Timing Belt!

Did you clean & reassemble the Oil Pressure Relief Valve on the Oil Filter Housing correctly?

The Turbo Oil feed Line - IS IT A STOCK LINE?

What does the Oil Pressure gauge do? Mine is high till it warms - then sits at the low mark.

& my Stupid questions... How did you plug the Balance Belt Tensioner hole? How did you plug the Front Balance Shaft Gear hole?

yes

i didnt have it hooked up....i couldnt get it to go on..i got it figured out now though

I used the old tensioner and bolt and i used a freeze plug and jb welded it on for the gear hole
I havent noticed any leaks from the actual motor, the only place i could find oilwas in the intercooler piping and intake and exhaust....which led me to believe it was my turbo....the thing i dont want to do is put another turbo on and have the same thing happen

Did you by chance prime the oil pump with vasoline or lube? I had some what the same issue and it clogged my oil filter and had high oil pressue because of it. Nothing a oil change and new filter didn't cure.
