Bigger turbos to little turbos...I got a question?

Because they flow a ton more air and run more efficently. More dense air. Cooler temperatures. More power. I can make 15 pounds of pressure with a bike pump, strain it, work harder, or I can make it with a big pump, less strain, larger potential for more. I think that's a decent comparison. Sorry if it's not.
 
A smaller turbo works much harder to make say 16psi thus heating the air more as it is compressing it. on the other hand a larger turbo capable of 24psi can make 16psi with out breaking a sweat so it's not working hard therefore it's not heating the air as much as it is compressing it. The larger turbo is more efficent at 16psi where as the smaller one is more efficent at like 10psi. I just made up the numbers but you get the idea.
 
I got this explained to me a couple weeks back:

A small turbo uses smaller exhaust wheels that drive smaller compressor wheels. Your compressor wheels gotta spin some insane RPMs to pressurize your intake. The smaller the wheel, the faster it has to spin to make that compression. The faster it spins, the more heat that bleeds from the wheel/bearings/housing/etc to the air it is pressurising. Now, pressure and teperatre have a direct relationship, ie as temperature goes up, pressure goes up, so a smaller turbo can make 15PSI and so can a larger turbo, but the air is going to be hotter for the smaller turbo.

To further expound, the density if the air at the given pressure is afected by its temperature, hence the whole reason you have an intercooler. So, with a larger turbo, you are able to keep the temperature down, thus allowing for a greater density of air at a given pressure. So your gasoline has more actual air elements to react with, which means you can put in more gasoline, which means you can make more power.

That's basicly what I said but not in so many words right? Just kidding that's a good explanation though. The hotter the air the less dense it is therfore the less dense the less air molecules per cudic inch or what ever the less air molecules per what ever the less air molecules in the charge thus the less horse power produced by explosion. Wow what a run on. Any way feul needs oxygen to burn the more the better. To much could blow up stuff to though.
