I have a problem! No matter where I set my mbc, I can only boost 12 lbs, until I reach about 5k rpm, then basically my boost gauge increases with my rpm's. I have had this problem for a few weeks, and I am guessing the turbine side of my turbo or wastegate housing is cracked.
Any ideas? It drives fine, just have to watch the boost!

Sounds like your housing split right where your flapper is and the crack is big enough that it can't hold back enough gas. I'm starting to have a similar problem with my car and I know that my housing is cracked. I'm just going to find one that isn't in bad shape and have a friend who is a welder repair it till I save enough for a turbo upgrade. The only other thing I can think to do it is to pull the housign and check it out. If the split isn't too bad, you might be able to get away with getting a flapper upgrade and porting out the wastegate to cover it.
