Here are a couple pictures of my modified 1g bypass valve. I polished it pretty good and it only took about 30 minutes. Making it hold about 30psi took a bit longer. If you are interested in how I did this, post up and I'll let you know how and why this works. The sound of the BOV should increase more also, but this is not what I am interested in. Here are the pictures!

Good job on the polish, what was your method of polish and what compound did you use?

Thanks. I wet sanded it first. 320 grit followed by 400, 600, 800, 1000, then 2000. It looked good, but after a little Mother's polish it looked really good. If I did it over again though, I would use 3000 grit paper before the Mothers. It has a few light scratches in it that I wish I would have got out.

Listen for compressor surge. :)

I switched back to a stocker after a month.

Yeah hopefully that doesn't happen, but if so, I guess I can just run that tube down to the IC pipes and it will act stock.

Thanks Defiant for posting the link. I figured most people would know about it anyways.

I did the same method of sanding it but then it looked all scratched...so I painted it with Dupli-Color Engine Enamel Aluminum. I believe there is a pic in my gallery when I still had it all blinged out. (I miss that look)

So i take it theres no GReddy Type S for you then huh? haha Well give me a pm sometime Later
