4 Bolt rear end with lsd for $300. Good or bad?

Im getting this 4 bolt rear end from my mechanic and hes selling it to me for $300 with lsd and it has only 1,200 miles on it. Can anyone tell me if this is a good price or if theres anything that i wont like when i put this on my car. Thanks for any help.

I knew it was a good deal i was just wondering if there was any problems or something that i wouldnt like about it. Thanks for your opinion...................
