Ok so I just installed my new engine that I bought off of craigslist. The engine looked clean with no oil or anything. Well it fired right up but my oil pressure gauge read zero and my headgasket? Was leaking oil. Anyone have any ideas why there wouldn't be any

Ok sorry 99 eclipse 4g63t 7 bolt and prime the oi? Don't you just fill the filter and put oil in it. Sorry I work on cars all day long but I don't build them with new engines so priming the oil is new to me. And the leak isn't bad. It is just sort of seeping out I removedr the head and found a 1mm channel that oil was passing through

I already knew that I needed a new headgasket? When I saw the leak. My question ho is why would there be zero pressure. It wasn't low there was none supposidly by my gauge but if there wasn't any then wouldn't it not leak oil in the first place

Ok so I just got the new hg on and I think I found the prob. It is a mechanical gauge and I unscrewed the factory one and put the mech one in its place. The tu ing that ran to the gauge had a huge kink in it. When I found this I moved the tubing and it snapped in half. One more question. Where is the plug for the front o2 sensor . I just installed my new engine and it is cutting out at like 3k but neither o2 is hooked up
