New clutch limp mode

HEy forumers i got a 95 tsi awd i just replaced the clutch because the throwout bearing failed on me ! I just got her together and now i think she is in limp mode i floor the gas pedal and it only goes to 1500 rpm's at most! What do i do now guys?

DOes anybody think that since i had my battery out for a few days that the apexi safc erased all the memory or somethinglike that?

Im not sure about the 95's but the 98's you'll have to drive 40 miles for it to run normal again. The car is still reading the sensor's or something.
