I've never been a fan of the Galant's, but that's a great find.
What was the price tag if you don't mind me asking

This is incorrect. They made more than that, they just didn't number them all and they are not in order by date of manufacture.

nice ride man, looks clean. i have never really been a big galant fan due to the body style and weight compared to a 1g or 2g, but none the less still a cool car. good find!

Damn, im just not feelin the galant thing i guess. BUT , that said, thats a pretty rare car right? And in my book, rarity is pretty damn cool. THing looks stock too which is another huge bonus. Theyre AWD? Good find, cool car even though i think the looks are ugly lol.

they aren't the prettiest car, but the fact that its got a 4g63t, and AWD and AWS should be enough to convince you it would make one of the nattiest sleepers around

Galant VR4's have really grown on me for the past several years. I really wouldn't mind owning one. They would make awesome, nice chilling four door DD's. With a bit of power when needed.

Great find! Finding them this close to original is definitely rare.

I've been thinking of picking one up for a while for a DD.

But I would need more power than stock....

I'd keep the 14B, get some FIC 650's, build a full quiet 2.5" exhaust, boost guage/wideband, ECMLink, small-ish FMIC, and tune it for like 18-19psi..

Tell me that wouldn't be a fun little DD.

-----------------

EDIT: You should relocate that battery to a nice battery box in the trunk that would be out of the way.

from what i know they only made 5000 galant (vr-4 especial edition) . not including the basic galants. only 2000 reached the usa in in 1991, and 1000 in 1992.

Great find man!! that thing is sweet, BUT PLEASE DON"T MESS IT UP BY HACKING IT UP OR DESTROYING THE MOTOR OR TRANNY. PLEASE !!! those galants are getting harder and harder to find in that shape. so please just restore it and enjoy it=) I know it's your car and you will do what you want but if u find the need to have a big bad DSM , find another beat up shell or project becuase that galant you have is
B-E-A-U-tiful. GREAT FIND MAN. This is my thoughts.=)
