Have any of you guys attempted this, or is it even possible?

I was wondering if you can run high beams without having the lows stay on. If any of you guys have tried and succeeded with doing so, tips would help. Thanks in advance.

All you need is a relay would be pretty easy to wire up! But for what reason would you want this? If anything when I am driving at night i want as much light as possible.

Just splice the wire powering the high beams to a separate switch (a bypass, I guess) and feed it from the battery. Easy enough. If it is just for show, hide the switch under the dash, and only flip it on when you need to.
