I just checked the spark plug's they're all black and sooty, i've changed the o2 sensor twice now from a cel. It works great for 2-3 months and then gets sooty and fails i suppose. My entire exhaust pipe has a 1/8 inch layer of black buildup. I'm running rich right? Only mods i've done are intake pipe/open air filter and mbc/bov. Been running 14 boost, is that an issue? Or is my air filter dirty? All four plugs are gapped right at .033, should i of changed the gap when i went from the stock 7ish boost to the 14?

Is you BOV still on re-circ. if not you could be running rich from releasing metered air.

It is but i've got one of those flex hoses on it and it's slightly pinched but i do hear the air hiss on the intake pipe when it blows off hard enough. Maybe at low shifts it doesn't blow off with enough force to push it past the pinch?

Turns out my turbo just went after doing a BLT, im guessing that this buildup was also from burning small amounts of oil from my turbo slowly going out? Eh should i buy a rebuild kit for 70 shipped or a good used t25 for same price? The whole swapping to a 14b sounds nice but more expensive and complicated than i'd like atm.
