HELP! no power to fuel pump

so i just finished rebuilding my motor, dropped it into my new shell. go to build up fuel pressure and prime the motor with oil all that good stuff when the fuel pump doesnt kick on.

there is no power to the pump but it has good connection from the relay all the way to the pump. i tried to swap relays still nothing. i jumped power to the pump to make sure it works and it kicked on.

where does the power come from before the relay?

does any one have a pin out or and/or wire diagram for this circuit?

or possibly have an idea whats wrong?

sounds like the mpi relay has died, try another and see were it goes.
