installing External Wastegate

I have this external wastegate I'm going to try to install tomorrow. I have a question for everyone who is running one of these. Are you guys using the thin aluminum like gasket, the liquid gasket stuff or that thick multi-layered gasket?

I've always used a single layered copper gasket and it's worked great... .

That Permatex will burn away in a day or two.

The stock single layer steel gasket will seal fine if your O2 flange is flat.

Like the guys above said, use a trusted gasket.
Sometimes band aid fixes end up being the more expensive choice in the end.

I believe I used the stock tial wg gasket and sprayed it with copper spray. Seals perfect.

I always give my steel gaskets a quick spray of copper gasket.

Kinda like a just in case.
