2G-specific No fire in coils 2 and 3

Hey y'all. This is my first post so might as well introduce myself.
My name is steve and i drive a rebuilt 97 gst.
Okay now the problem....UGH..
I got this car about 4 weeks ago,it was runnin' very good.
All it had were the usual used car symptoms like a few oil leaks,turbo leaks cracked hoses y'know the usual also ran a little rich.
Anywho,I bought all sorts of bolt on items and engine items.
One day i began to install my Manual boost controller.
and short ram intake.

I installed my shortram intake AND replaced old hoses with aftermarket hoses.Those hoses were the two fat ones on the side that connected from the intake housing to a hose under the car battery and another to the spout on top of the engine and including the 3rd small one near the radiator which connects to the fuel pump solenoid i believe wich is located under the intake.)
....THEN

I removed the 'T" from the following
[fuel PRESSURE REGULATOR/wastegate actuator/turbo housing]
and placed the MBC "T" that came with it on the orginal's place.
I made sure it was at low low boost.

cranked the engine...it turned on for a few seconds and boom it bogged out.
THEN I REALIZED I ACCIDENTLY LEFT A VACUUM HOSE UNPLUGGED.

soooo... I put everything the way it was before it bogged out and ran like shit.
Had the shittiest idle i have ever seen.
I knew something was up with the ignition..
I did some research on the car and realized that coils 2 and 3 had NO SPARK.

So here's the diagnosis.....

COILS 2 and 3 are no good...
And possibly my POWERTR J722t or
VOLTAGE REGULATOR is bad too.


So i made a checklist...
Get the car on an OBDII:

the results came out with nothing. no codes whatsoever...probally because i have disconnected the battery and reconnected it like 12 times...

Replace defect coil:
I did that and tested coils with A/C, they both are good.

Replace POWER TR J722T
Did that to no avail,and it was a brand new OEM one.

Check plugs and what not
all plugs and wires are intact.

...so GEEE maybe you would think my car is running by now?
NO IT'S NOT.Now at this point NOTHING is helping and i have been losing more and more will to continue with my car .
whats wrong with my car!?!? PLEASE HELP ME.

when you say you disconnected the t from the fuel pump solenoid, thats the fuel pressure regulator? if so try putting that back on, from your post couldnt tell if you did or not.
