[RESOLVED] VRSF throttle body elbow bolts ????? HELP

Well the install of my VRSF intercooler is goin decent until this morning when i realized that i cannot use the bolts i used on my previous dejon throttle body elbow. What did you guys use to mount this eblow to the throttle body.

just cut a "U" shape into the side and make it so the TB will slide into the bolt sort of speaking...

I re-used my stock throttle body bolts and it worked just fine.

thanks guys , quick question because i have yet to find a thread explaining it, but how in the hell do you get the j pipe allen bolt on that comes with this kit . It's too tight for a allen wrench.

This is why I suggested moving that VRSF thread from out of the vendor section to bolt-on.

I don't know how you had a problem with your TB bolts, but I used my original ones without the need to cut or manipulate etc.

Perhaps your setup has changed from a previous owner who decided to use a non-oem style setup. It's 2 studs, 2 bolts, and the bolts were fine being installed.

This idea worked great. I also did the same for the j-pipe supplied with the kit on the hard to reach bolt.
