So I'm newer to these forums I've been a member for a little bit but i mostly read all the info I can from here. Anyway my car is being a whore lately. Firstly something in my car decided to up and quit so my ignition won't turn over. At all. So my bud came over and I put a new stater in and bypassed it. Lately (don't know if the hard starts conicide with cold weather or not.) My car will not start w/o me just sitting there and cranking on it for 5 min. at least. And then no matter the temp it is fludded as hell once it does. The major problem with this is i get about 1 or two solid cranks when its so cold and the the battery decides it doesn't like that. I do have a check engine light on but I don't know what for?
Sorry I wrote so much. Anyone have any ideas??Before my starter went out my car never did any of this. Now its just .. yeah.
Thanks.

yeah battery is fine. And it turns over just fine but won't start. And the dudes at autozonne said they only do 96 and newer vehicles. I am interested in getting an ob data logger though

Mistubishi implemented OBDII in 1995 models so they can read your codes if you are throwing any.

Ok. I went to autozone and they coded it for Coolant Sensor malfunction. Only to fin my coolant sensor wires had broke off right at the sensor. Now I need to know which wires go where. There's only two of them. I just don't know which one goes on which side of the sensor
Thanks.

Glad you found the problem. Mine would do the same thing, take forever to crank battery was fine. Same solution too, my wires were cracked going to the cts.
