I just picked up a used apexi safc and it just has the wireing coming out of the unit with a harness at the end. I have a write up on how to instal but it doesn't show me were 2 wire go the yellow and the white. do I need an add on piece or is it go to go install, I don't need to used the 2 wires. help please,

No you don't need to use all of the wires, solder the wires as per one of the many write-ups available online and tape of any un-used wires with electrical tape. Good luck!

Except don't wire the green RPM wire to a transistor output like Apex'i manual shows. Use either the CAS signal or the ignition pulse detect signal for the RPM input. Using the power transistor output from the ECU causes the SAFC to only see half of the ignition pulses.
