I went to start my car the other day and it would not start for nothing kinda like when its out of gas and there was this rapid clicking comeing from a black box under the radio i think it was a fuel pump relay any way i hooked up my dsm link and it would not work it said I/O command timed out so i let it go and today went out there and and took out the radio didnt see nothing wrong and try to start it and walla it started right up so i turn it off and hook up my dsm link and low and behold it works again so this gives me the feeling that it was my ECU and i think its fixing to go out Is there any way i could check it to see if its bad and if so could i get it repaired? and would it cost alot to repair?

Well, you could do the easy thing and take out the ecu and take off the case. Look inside for bad solder joints, any shorts on the board, and make sure to unscrew the board and check underneath as well. Other then that, I'm sure with an multimeter there is a way to test it.

I would email ECMTuning about any ecu repair estimates.

But MPI relay that wouldnt cause my DSMlink to not work would it? cause it worked when i got the car then when it started clicking the dsmlink would not work said I/O command timed out and not its not clicking and the link is working again.

Probably a bad connection or ground somwhere, the clicking sound is the relay switching off/on, i would start with battery connections, then ecu ground connections.
