fresh build..cranks but wont start? fuel issue? please read!

ive completely rebuilt my 92 awd and its now time to start it and this is what i get...sluggish to average cranking and i hear alot of clicking from what sounds like the coil pack? it has a brand new walbro 255 but the problem is i cant try to prime the fuel system because i rewired the clutch switch for my kediver chip so the car will try to start up if i have the clutch in or not! so if i could please get some input on what to try next or if it sounds like a completely different problem thanks

Since you didn't say, have you tried a different battery or charged to make sure it's 100%? There is a bunch of ways to prime the fuel system but if you don't want it to start(not really sure cause your question is confusing) but want to make sure you have fuel pressure / oil pressure just take off the plug wires.
