I have a 1995 GSX and was wondering about the inverted CAM signal.
When they say inverted, is the signal going low or going high. The inverted
signal different on the 1995 1996 only. Are all the rest are the same?

I dont understand your question... Inverted means swapped, not high, not low. 1G and 97+ (2G) models do not have to worry about it. You only need to worry about CAS Inversion if you are using a non-95 model CAS with a 95 model ECU.

The sequence signal, from the CAS, is inverted for the 95-96 cars, compared to the 90-94 & 97-99. The sequence signal tells the ECU where the crank is, using a small and long pulse.

The other signal, is a referenced signal, which comes from the Crank senor for the 2G cars. The 1G cars, both sequence and reference came from the CAS. Basically the reference signal is 4 pulses in 360* the ECU uses as reference for fuel and ignition.

RRE has the waveforms at the link below.
