hey guys i just installed my down pipe and tomorrow I'm going to fav my cat-back...i'm going full 3inch turbo-back and my boss gave me a THERMAL exhaust muffler (81230s) is a good muffler?
:talon:

Are you talking about thermal research and development? If it is one of there mufflers it it a good peice.

I have the 3" TR&D cat-back... it's pretty much amazing. IMO, it's a better buy than any other. Deep sound. It should sound the same since you have a 3" cat-back. I would definately reccommend it.

Thermal R&D is the best sounding IMO. I have mine mated to a VRS cat-eliminator(neck downs removed) and I absolutely love it!

Freakin love it! I bought it way way back and spent $725 on it! I don't regret it. I always get compliments on how my Talon sounds. I painted the flanges with high temp red paint and used all stainless steel hardware when I assembled it. It kinda sucks but the flanges are mild steel and will rust.

I have it on my 1g, I just wish the tip was slightly bigger...
