What do you do for a fuel pressure guage?
Hellooooooo.
I've searched the forums and the local outo-parts stores...I don't need a full time guage, I just want to test my FPR due to an on-going hesitation problem I'm experienceing. Anyhow, is there some way to tap the fuel pressure without making the pseudo-banjo bolt described in the Haynes manual? Also, any suggestion how to access a fuel pressure guage for a half-hour without having to buy one? I am planning at attending MOD at the factory saturday, by the way. Hint, hint
It seems that all the $40 Autozone FP guages thread onto some kind of fitting that our cars don't have. The guage is cheaper than a new FPR, considering that mine may be just fine, I still don't want to buy one just to cut off the threaded adapter on the end of the hose, nor do I need one on an ongoing basis. I just want to eliminate my FPR as the cause of my misery.
Please, OB Wan, your our only hope!
P.S.: I got the memo on the TPS reports
