90 Idler Pulley Bolt

I am going to be doing my timing belt this weekend and have all the parts ready except for this bolt. Vfaq states that some of the 90's have a different idler pulley and with the new pulley a shorter bolt is needed. I called the dealer and they would have to order one and I wouldn't get it in on time. I would hate to tear everything down and not have one measly bolt needed. So my question is since I know the size of the bolt, as stated on vfaq, can I just go to the hardware store and pick one up? Or does anyone know of a place who might have this part in stock?

You can definately just go to a hardware store and get that bolt. I have done that on two of my 90's. Im on my third one now, but I havent done the timing belt on it yet because it just sits in the garage.

Great! Ok so vfaq says it's a M10x22 bolt, is this threaded completely or is it only halfway threaded and then smooth for the pulley?

Yeah I was going to try and find the highest grade I could. Now I just wish I knew about the thread. Anyone have a picture of this bolt or one they've used?
