Car and I both had BLT for lunch, plus vac guage results

Howdy folks. Did a BLT to test for vac leaks on my NT. Also hooked up vacuum guage to FPR fitting. Car is NT, so I hear a good hiss around throttle shaft (no seals). Besides that, at least two injector insulators showed a little bubbling. The other two are awful hard to see through the rail and harness. I don't suppose I'd pull the rail and only replace 2, I'll get all four when I do it. Is it OK to leave the o-rings alone when you replace the insulators? If I can leave the injectors in the rail I will.
Also, some air was escaping out of the VC nipple which attaches to the intake hose (NT: I just hooked the tester to the TB itself). Is this normal Blow-by ( engine has 212K miles on it) or do I have to check my PCV valve? Last compression test was a long time ago, 25-50K miles ago, but the results were good;168-175 on all 4.
The vac guage reading was about 17in., with a rapid fluctuation of less than half inch. Would the injector insulators account for this? Or is this decent on an engine with high miles?
Not to make a simple post of this, one more question. While running the vac test, adding and subtracting vacuum to the FPR seemed to cause no discerable change in the idle. Does this call for a fuel pressure/FPR test?
Any help is much appreciated
