Ebay 2gb Bumper

Well, I am planning to convert my smiley to a fish mouth for better FMIC cooling and have that aggressive look. I was on Ebay checking out what they got and saw 2gb bumpers for 35 wingwangs plus like $70 for shipping. My question is, should I lay fiber glass on the inside of the whole bumper for better durability?

Sure. It's always a good idea to reinforce flexible plastic with something rigid so it would BREAK instead of FLEX in the event of a small collision with a curb or parking spot stopper.

Just get the bumper, make sure it's primed, scuff it with a gray 3-M Scotchbrite pad, then topcoat it with the color of your vehicle. It truly doesn't get any easier than that.

Ebay also has front bumbers that are already painted.

Do you recommend getting one already painted or one the is primed then getting it painted after?

The chance of it actually matching your car are about 1 in 100,000.

There are so many different types of paint to even trust that the paint the seller is using is of decent quality. How would you feel if it all fell off a year down the road?

Take it to a body shop, along with your car. They can match your color to the proper variant to assure an acceptable match. Keep in mind that RED is the worst color to match if it has some age because red will fade the most over time.
