So I was on my way home from work this morning on the interstate cruising along about 70 decided to get on the gas in 5th gear, boost shoots up to 17psi (like its supposed to) its accelerating fine and then BANG!!!!! I get a realy hard slamming sound/feel in the front end (no I didnt hit anything) so I get off the gas pretty fast :cry:The engine is still running fine, not overheating, I still have plenty of boost, and plenty of oil pressure, it didnt do it again all the way home. Im thinking maybe I ate my rear motor mount? (front ones brand new) stats on the car are as follows 95 gst, type s BOV,el cheapo boost controller, autometer boost gauge, stock T25, 2.5" catback, injen intake, NGK iridium plugs, 550cc injectors, rewired stock fuel pump and el cheapo plug wires. Every thing on the car is working fine, just thought this was a little unnerving to say the least, what do you guys think?

On a side note could this have been fuel cut? It was kinda cool here earlier like low 60's.

Could be a lot of things.

Mayby the mount you mentioned ( can you have someone watch the motor as your rev it to see if it pull and pushs, or lifts )

Intercooler pipe or a coupler?

Mayby the exaust bounced off the body? ( is it mounted realy well, did you go over a dip )

Is the car lowered? ( did a wheel touch a stop or the inner fender )

This is the part that would confuse me about it being fuel cut.

" I get a realy hard slamming sound/feel in the front end "

When i read slamming , i thought suspension or something physical.

I had the wife rev up the engine earlier, it does tend to move a little bit forward on the rev. The exhaust is very tight on there I cant hardly move it. just did a pressure test on it, that was fine, and for the ???????? no the car is not lowered, Im 6'3" 250 pounds that just wouldnt work.

UPDATE: Tracked it down finaly, I was being a noob. Did a BLT, turned out to be a boost leak and was causing fuel cut.

Thanks for the quick replies guys!
