so fixed up the 95 gsx a bit, hooked up coolant lines to the intake, put a thermostat in but i notcied lots of white stuff when i opened it up, like lots of chunk, no oil, i fixed the oil leak on the bottom of the oil pump, the fan comes on so it doesnt overheat, but the radiator hose is hot and lots of pressure, turbo noise is weird, it holds boost perfect, its running 10 i floored it in the parking lot here at the shop and it blew off perfect no stuttering or anything, but like i said lots of white stuff from opening up to put a thermostat in since there wasnt any, and the turbo sounds weird, and theres no water lines going to it, since the water pipe on the block doesnt have the nibbles to connect to the turbo, oil is still clean, waiting to put synethetic in but i dont want a blown turbo, so i have to figure out what this white crap is

Has the car ever had any type of radiator issue?

The only thing " White stuff " triggers in my mind as being with nothing in the oil, would be if the car ever had issues that someone tried fixing by using a stop leak, or a product of that sort in the cooling system.

Now if your were overheating or you had coolant in the oil, it would make this alot easier LOL.

LOL its white powder my cousin at the shop said it was prob stop leak, they musta never cleaned it out, i havent checked the turbo for shaft play, no white smoke, but its still doing the annoying idle thing but only in park, it idles at 1500 and jumps to 1700 up and down, and then from somewere under the hood, when it does climb to 1700 or 1800 it beeps really loud and stops once it goes back down, and again the turbo has no coolant lines, the mechanic said the main water pipe going between the manifold that runs on the engine block is supposed to have a little nipple to hook up to the turbo but it doesnt, thats what the diagram shows us on alldate and in my book, the turbo sounds like graagagagagagagagagagagagag, like metal

Well your up/down throttle is most likely a bad Idle speed controll valve.

If your turbo is making noise of any kind theres something wrong there. Check for play in the shaft, and spin it. If it hits the housings and wont spin you've got problems.

ill check, what other turbo could i get if it is blown that is only oil cooled and would bolt on easyily?

i took the intake off, and checked there was some black oil but nothing major, and i spun the wheel with my hand and tried to push it in but nothing hapened, it seemed pretty tight

I know that if i spill radiator fluid on something in my car like on my intake pipe it turns white afterwards, but I can't understand your post enough to say.

i only tried pushing it and spinning then i was playing with the blade trying to move it around but it wouldnt budge, i did spill fluid from the cap, when i undid the housing
