pre-emission test help

My car is scheduled for an emissions test and my car is not tuned yet. I'm still doing some research on tuning before I start playing around with the SAFC. I have a 16g and all supporting mods which includes 550 injectors. I would like to know how to set my SAFC to stock specs, I sold my stock injectors so I'm hoping I don't need them for this. Finally, I feel I should add that I have a wideband but its not installed because it is installed on my catless down pipe and if I install this I will definitely not pass emissions.

So how can I set the SAFC to allow my car to run stock despite the modifications and without damaging my engine. thanks

I also wanted to know if the wideband will compensate for a datalogger or do i HAVE to have both to tune properly. thanks again
