Well my driver side rear wheel is leaning inwards what would cause this?

Could it be wheel bearings because the wheels clicks sometimes when I backup then go forward?

It could be a broken spring. I doubt it's the wheel bearing, but you might give that a shot. Try jacking up that corner of the car and see what happens. Try to wiggle the wheel. Get under the car and look for any damage or play in any of the suspension parts.
