I hate wasting you guys' time. What are some good general DSM forums?

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

The newbie forum is specifically designed for guys like you. Don't worry, we all were in your position at one point. If you have basic questions, I can guarantee that they've been both asked and answered before. The search function is your friend. Just browse the forums and you'll learn more every time you visit.

You won't find a better site than the one you're on. Feel free to post any & all questions you have. All we ask is that you search first. If you can't find the answer to your question, ask away!

These guys are right, just be willing to search for what you're after. People get a little ill when the same questions are consistently asked, which is understandable really. But to answer your question, the site that really gets you going is VFAQ.com It's a great place to get some basic knowledge and enable you to ask more "educated" questions. Rock on man, and good luck!

welcome to the board man...no need for any other site....the guys here are all cool and patient but search search search and like stated above vfaqs are a (dsm)godsend:rocks:

Like said this is one of the best sites for your questions on a dsm. You will findout many things using the search even if its not something wrong with your car and you want to know about it somebody has probally already asked about it so there will be info on it. As for vfaq i believe the majority of it has to do with turbo cars but give it a look over anyways. The suspension and interior are the same so that will be somethings for you.

Another good site for the N/T guys like us is 2GNT.com - home This site is also amazing along with vfaq, I visit each religiously for all my questions. One is bound to have an answer to any question you have.

There is no better DSM forum than this, and you're not the only one not worried about running 10's. Many long time members, including many of the site's Wisemen and Moderators, have near stock vehicles.

Stick around, and learn more about your car.

...and I'm just a stock Turbo owner that loves his ride for it's just wicked enough for me to have fun in as well as doing freeway travels, thus have no plans on doing any mods.

And I still come on here with questions on motor/vehicle inquiries..

And, there's even been inquiries on the 1.8L motor in this site on occasion.

Thus, please keep in touch always with questions for your DSM.

Good Luck :)

yeah man! This site is awesome just use the search button i've neglected a few times when it was RIGHT there in front of me! Believe me anything you could possibly need to know is right here!

Hey its ok to be apart of two or more forums, i mean i`m part of DSMtalk.com and Tuners....but this should be your main source of info i love coming here more then DSMtalk.com. Your not wasting everyone`s time, theres always new information to learn about these cars and as everyone has stated - as long as you search first and cant find the answer, then by all means throw a question out there, even if its about a simple 1.8L or a 700 hp GSX, theres always going to be atleast some one that can help you out :thumb:
