Got Fuel and Spark... But No Start?

so i have a 93 elcipse gs with a 95 evo III motor and a 1g awd head with my stock 1g n/t intake... precision 60 trim and 550 cc. with all supporting mods... computer afc neo.. the whole shabang.. i just recently made the head swap and i cant get her to start.. i have spark and fuel all the way across. but it still wont start. i have new wiesco pistons with eagle rods and new rings too.. so the compression should be good.. not to metion ive never done a leak down.. she sounds like she wants to fire but just keeps cranking over. i dont understand this... any help would be apprieciated. thanks.. nick

i have performed a spark check. and a fuel check.. my timing is dead nuts.. and my cas is fine. what special tools do i need to read codes so i can post them??

As much as you may not want to, do a compression check. Then let us know what happens. I put my built motor together with a supposedly "good" head, couldn't start it, and 4 days later figures out 4 valves weren't seating properly, thats why it wouldnt start.

Is the motoguys garage ecu for the 1g or 2g engine?

the neo's dont work very well on dsm's apexi is trying to figure it out but i dont know if they have yet.. i doubt that is your problem but you never know
