I've been having Idle Surge lately, yeah I know it's more then likely my ISC.
But along with this, after about 10 minutes of driving, my engine idles at about 500 with surge, I've adjusted my BISS, No luck.
So I thought I might try something, I unplugged my ISC, and it does still surge, but it doesn't bog down that low anymore after 10 minutes.
So does anyone have any guesses on this?
Also is it safe to drive with an unplugged ISC?
I'd rather Idle at 1000 and surge then idle at 500.
Main reason for this is because I don't want to slide backwards waiting on a hill and slam into a mercedes.
Nothing of value would be lost, yet i'd still get sued
