yes our ecu's are fine but you need to properly tune your a/f ratio if you plan of alot of hp. But at only like 6-9 psi boost you will be just fine w/o needing to change your fuel setup
 
The 420a ECU won't allow boost, and the factory fuel system won't support any boost.

There are dozens of methods for supplying adequate fuel for boost, all of them depend on your goals and budget, and none of them involve the factory fuel system.

Basically the map sensor tells the ecu if theres ever positive pressure in the intake manifold, if the ecu sees this it starts fuel cut. So either a missing link (mechanical) or fcd (electric) solve this.
The fuel well theres many different ways, check out the 420a forum. 12:1 fmu and a 255lph hp fuel pump is the most common. But its limited to about 8psi.
