My idle sometimes lopes from 1 grand to 1.5 grand, replaced the o2 sensor, but nothing has changed. On my logger, my o2 reading is 2.96 no matter what. Also, my o2 sensor percent goes from 100% - 199% then back to 100% while it lopes.

What logging software are you using and are you looking at the right value?
Has your ECU have the caps changed?
And as asked, what type of sensor was the replacement?

I've seen people use MMCD and look at the O2-F not knowing that it wasn't the O2 sensor on a 1G (O2-R is). I've seen ECUs have capacitor leakage damage and read voltages higher than the 1.0v the O2 sensor can generate.
I've seen people hook up universal sensors and mix up the wires.
