I'm going to say this, I don't mean any offense to you, but your going to catch a lot of unwanted bashing for not using correct spelling and grammar. Just a friendly heads up, like I said no offense towards you.

As for the EVO III 16g. I'm not sure the current exchange rate for US dollars to Canadian dollars, but if you can get an almost new genuine EVO III 16g for, what seems to be, a considerable less amount then retail go for it! You are correct about the stock SMIC hurting performance at that boost level on the 16g. If your not ready to go to a FMIC just yet you could look into a methanol / water injection system.

The evoIII & the small 16g use the same compressor cover, so the outlets are the same size. First off, that a good price for an "excellent condition" evoIII, when I sold mine a couple years back it was closer to the $500 mark & I don't think the price of new ones has come down since then.

Now what are your goals? If you plan on only ever running 15psi, IMO it wouldn't be worth it as you probably won't notice much difference at those boost levels. If you plan on adding to your supporting mods & start running 18-20psi+, then the evoIII will start to shine over the S16g.
