c.o.p wiring help
hey guys so my buddy gave me a brand new c.o.p and I dont know which wires to hook up to the red, black and white wire in my coil harness on the car. here are 2 pics showing how the c.o.p is wired if someone could tell me out of the 3 wires what goes to my stock wiring that would be awesome!!

Use the search button !! I did the search & came up with 50+ results in like 20 seconds . . . this seemed to be the most complete & informative write-up on the subject . . .

I don't believe so. I think that is a problem for the 2g guys when they install our far superior 6-bolt with our CAS. Or if you installed your CAS wrong and it happens to be off 180degs and are too lazy to pull it off and rotate it 180degs. Then you can use that option.

just put c.o.p on and now the car runs like a giant pos. it sputters and bucks like it has an insane boost leak!!

ok guys so my c.o.p was wired wrong!!! i bought it from an ebay seller, so just goes to show when buying from ebay beware!!! but i folowed projectgs diagram and rewired it and the car runs great!!! he is a great guy he helped me out a lot through PM;s so if you ever need help with c.o.p stuff ask him thanks again for your help every1

Thanks for the kind words. I mostly have experience with the 1g but the only difference with the 2g is the wire colors.

my mistake i bought it off ebay for $200 from the user...thechopshop1234, they are an ebay seller, maybe they just messed up on mine they seem to be good guys there rating is 99.7 positive, but who knows

Its no big deal I was trying to figure out what was wrong with the C.O.P. Did you get it working correctly? Everything I read about them has been negative, most have to be run with an ignition amplifier to run correctly.

yes you are correct you need to run an aftermarket ignition of some sort. i had to take mine out, as soon as i would floor the car and the boost hit it would breakup and misfire immediately. so i took it back out and will either sell it for just keep it in the garage.
