Oil leak out of drain

Ok So i just changed my oil in my car.....and now its leaking a little oil from the oil drain screw.... it seemed a little loose so i tightened it but it did nothing..... now ive been told not to tighten it too tight...any suggestions? ( And yes i did search but came up with everything in between my problem) Should i get some loctite? Should i get a new screw? Thanks..

I bet you didn't get a new copper crush washer for it. Get one and torque it down to 17 ft*lbs.

Btw, don't locktite it unless you plan on never changing your oil again or drilling through the plug.

Check to make sure you got it in there perfectly straight. My buddy did the same thing in his honda and it just wasnt in perfect. Take the plug back out, let the oil drain, and plug it back in and make sure its in there perfect. Then put the oil back in and check.
Dont use locktite though

you need to get:
new oil drain gasket
new copper washers
put everything back and apply some Permatex Grey RTV around.I did that, and never had problems with it anymore
