I am having problems taking off the Exhaust Manifold Gasket

I've never run into this problem. All I can say is try using some liquid wrench and a thin putty knife. As for the stud, try machv.com

Like the others said, your description is vague.

I'm assuming that you are unable to remove the exhaust manifold (not just the gasket). If so, have you removed the turbo? If not, the extra weight might be causing it to bind on the studs. Also, make sure that you have removed ALL of the nuts. There should be a total of 9, 4 on the top row and 5 on the bottom.

It's also possible that the manifold flange has warped. If that is the case then you may need to remove the studs from the head with the manifold still on.

Having said all that, I've never seen a manifold not come off once all the nuts were removed. Keep wiggling it around and it should come off.

BTW, the manifold studs are M8x1.25, I don't recall the length. If you do replace just the one make sure it is the correct length so you don't damage the head.
