Hey guys,

So i just got done dropping my 90 motor into my 91 chassis,
so while it is running it shoots air/smoke out of the little hole on the side
of the valve cover where the catch can attaches, also anything over 20% throttle makes it
try to die and not accelerate.

here are my mods
550cc
2g mas
255 fuel pump
safc
datalogger
full exhaust
14b
afpr @26psi

I know before, the motor was getting too much fuel and it was being driven without a tune at all, and ended up melting a piston before my afc and logger came in

What could be the problem???

Your fuel pressure is WAY too low. Pull the vacuum line off, let the car idle, and adjust the afpr to 37.5psi. Next, the line that you are talking about on the side of the valve cover needs to be plumbed back into your intake pipe. As it is, you are running an open PCV system and it will cause smoking.

Unless that is your fuel pressure with the car running and the vacuum line attached. At idle you should be pulling about 20 in/hg in the intake manifold and for every 2 in/hg it drops 1 psi of fuel pressure. If that is so at vacuum in the intake manifold it should lower about 10 psi which would put you at about 26psi.

how can I get it back into my intake, I have a 2g mas and dejon intake sorry
???

Dejon should have asked if you wanted the PCV nipple welded onto it or not. You can always drill/tap the intake pipe, install your own fitting from a hardware store, and then seal it with high temp RTV or teflon tape.

Have you done a boost/vacuum leak test(s) to find out why at 20% throttle the car wants to die? Any trouble codes or anything else unusual on the logger? Are you getting proper timing advance? I left my timing ground wire connected one time and tried to rev the car past 2000 rpm and it just sorta sputtered and didnt really do much. Is the accelerator enrichment working right?
