I'm relocating my fuse box my original idea was the center console arm rest box, seeing it in another thread. I thought about it and it doesn't seem very practical, since you need to cut away at the glove box and don't have easy access to every fuse.
I've seen people put it in the airbag box, glove box. Where do you think the cleanest and most practical place to put the fuse box is?
I'm thinking in the trunk since that's where my battery will be. Please toss me any idea's you guys have.

well, prob the most practical place would be the glove box...a not so practical place would be between the fender and inner finder. I know, I know, but that is where we placed the engine bay fuse box on my boys s2k. But think about it, how often are you replacing fuses from that box anyway. I may give that a try this week on my 90gsx build that i have going on right now, if so, i will keep this thread updated with a couple of pics...

You can put it anywhere you want, but remember: If you make the wires longer you have to make them thicker too. Still I don't think I would like the inside the fender idea, but it saves a lot of the initial work. You may have to pay later though.

You should put it where the cd deck goes or better yet in the steering wheel!!! ROFL but seriously how often are you changing fuses, best bet would be to keep is close to the battery wherever you're gonna put that

Putting the fuse box in the rear where the battery is, is an aweful idea. The fusebox connects to the front chassis wiring harness, so keeping it close to the front of the vehicle is ideal. Putting it inside the glovebox would not require too much extension of wires, however I think it would still be too much work. I relocated mine underneath the passenger side apron panel. Although changing fuses is a little more time consuming, but how often do I do that- maybe once every couple years.
