Manifold/exhaust housing gasket options???

I'm looking for some advice regarding the exhaust manifold to exhaust housing gasket.

Here lies the problem, the manifold I got was ported and I ported my exhaust housing. The stock gasket over laps, and the 7cm one over laps as well.

The multi-layered gasket has a ring and that is a joke in size compared to my manifold and exhaust housing opening.

I used Very High temp RTV and it's starting to blow out already, It was my first attempt at RTV and I can't say I got the best seal so that could be why, or it could be way to hot for the RTV.

Was thinking about cutting a copper gasket , anyone tried this?

Spray copper coat on that gasket. Take that ring out. The ring can be taken out and the seat for the ring on the turbo and the exhaust manifold can be ported to be bigger.

Yeah thats what I need, all the other shit I had was multi layered and fell apart when I tried to open it up.
