Shopping for 1g exhaust

I'm going 3" turbo back.

I was looking at the downpipe first and was wondering what y'all would recommend.

Ebay dp:

Only difference I see is brand and price, ebay being $50 cheaper which can go to mbc and boost gauge.


Also looking for cat back, but I'm gonna use a 3" test pipe instead. I did look at the 3" cat eliminating dp from rre.com but 260 isn't in my range. So what cat back that's cheap and effective would y'all recommend also?

What’s dude, I'm running the full Megan 3", with a modified Punishment o2 housing. I'm pleased with it, although it is slightly louder at idle than I would prefer. My brother's 1g is running a Pacesetter down pipe, with a Thermal R&D exhaust. His setup was considerably more $$ than the Megan setup I have, but I must say his is noticeable softer at idle. Both of them sound good under WOT. Just my .02

I got a ported 2g o2 housing and manifold to suit my budget until I throw a huge turbo on. As of right now I'm just gonna port the hell out of the 14b and get the supporting mods.

Anyway, I might just get the ebay downpipe and testpipe if I can't get any reviews by tomorrow. And end up getting a custom cat back from the muffler. Thing is I might have trouble getting that since guys down here don't make anything exhaust related without a cat being on.
