in general how long can you drive on a slipping clutch before it just wont drive anymore? my clutch slips in 2, 3, 4, 5 after going past 4k rpm. Could I drive it safely for the next week before my new clutch gets here? I just ordered a clutchmasters stage 4 6 puck clutch but until then should I be safe if I drive safely and don't go WOT?

It all depends. The more you let it slip, the hotter the clutch gets. Eventually the clutch will fail. If you take it easy, you should be fine. I drove mine slipping in 3-5th for 2 months while tried to find time to do it at work.

You can drive it for a while if you don't push the throttle down much. Logic dictates that if the clutch starts slipping, you back off. As stated above, the more you slip it, the more you're finishing it off.
